Wondering how to exploit the manual functions of the DSLR?

 

Asfa 1 Productions, a Wedding and Events Photography Co, is proud to present a Basic Photography Seminar/Workshop catered especially for beginners/first time DLSR users. 

Seminar will be conducted by our experienced photographers who are always eager to share their experiences, tips and tricks.

 This seminar aims to equip each participant with the basic skills and techniques to capture images of different photography genres, such as Portraitures, Macro and Landscapes etc.

 
Venue  : Hort Park Leaf Room (How to Get There)

Date    : 26^th July 2009, Sunday

Time    : 8am to 12pm (4 hours inclusive of a short break and an outdoor session)

Fee      : Adult: S$85/-, *Students – S$75/-   (Refreshments Provided)

All Participants will be given a Guide Booklet containing the seminar notes and also additional tips and tricks. A token of appreciation will also be given to all participants.

 

Topics covered are:

Understanding a DSLR body and various types of lens

Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO and how they work together to capture that brilliant image.

 Applying Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO in various Photography Genres. 

 Composition, Rules of Thirds, Focusing 

Basic Use of Flash

Participants will also be treated to a guided outdoor session in the beautiful garden of Hort Park (if weather permits).

A minimal booking fee of S$10/- is required to secure a place. This seminar is on a first come first serve basis. Course will commence with a minimum of 15 participants and a maximum of 30 participants.
