We have received quite a number of queries and we decided to compile it into this FAQ.
Does
Asfa1 charge per roll?
No, We do not charge per roll. We charge according to the product requested by our valuable customers.
Can
I customise my own package?
Yes you can! You can choose the number of 4R albums, the size of coffeetable book and other add ons such as table top frames,
outdoor/studio shoot, etc. You may also tell us your budget and we’ll work out a package for you.
Estimation
of how many photos are there for Sanding album?
It is estimated to be between 250- 300 4R edited photos.
Estimation
of how many photos are there for Nikah /
ROM album?
It is estimated to be between 180 -200 4R edited photos.
Does
Asfa1 provide Outdoor Services?
Yes, we do.
Does
Asfa1 provide Videography Services?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
Are
all the photos digitally enhanced?
Yes. All photos will be edited digitally to enhance facial features (blemish/scars removal, smoother skin).
A CD of all the edited photos will be given.
How
about special editing requests?
Yes, we can do specific editing based on customer’s requests.
For example: minor nip/tuck, monotone treatment, vintage treatment, etc.
What
are coffeetable books?
Coffeetable books are leather/fabric bound picture books containing montages/collages of your event pictures.
There are wide range of colours for our valuable customers to choose from. And it comes in different sizes.
What
are the size range for Cofeetable books?
Sizes are 6” x 7.5” , 8” x 8”, 10” x 10”, 12” x 12”, 12x15”. Price Varies.
How
long will it take for the photos and products to be ready?
Depending on the number of products/albums expected, time taken for the photos
and products to be ready is between 1 week to 4 weeks.
How
many Photographers will there be per event?
There will be minimum of 2 Photographers per event.
Will
the amout of photographers affects the pricing?
No, it does not affect the pricing.
Do you provide studio shoots?
Yes, we can arrange studio shoot for pre/post wedding, however costumes are not provided.
How
far in advance should I book Asfa1 services if I’m interested?
Preferably, at least 6 months in advance. There’s no harm in booking early to avoid disappointment.
How is
the payment like if I were to engage Asfa1?
A minimum downpayment of 20% of total amout upon booking.
40% of the remaining after event. And another 40% of the other remaining upon collections.
Is
there any other way I can book if Im unable to come down personally?
Yes, email us your name, contact numbers, product requirements, date and time of event to Info@asfa1.com.
We will reply to you as soon as possible.
